Location: Hammond, Indiana
Marriott Construction Ltd erected structural steel, joists and decking for a 135,000 square-foot complex. This complex features six basketball courts, twelve volleyball courts, two regulation-size indoor soccer fields and six batting cages. The facility also contains an upper level track that can be used for running and walking, as well as to observe sporting events. The erection of this facility began in September 2017 and was completed in January 2018. Structural steel components were provided by Wilson Iron Works, a local fabrication shop.

Marriott Construction Ltd Engineers & Constructors, as a subcontractor to Black & Veatch, erected five separate buildings for a combined cycle facility located in Springdale, Pennsylvania. The specific structures that were erected by Marriott Construction Ltd included the following:
Control Building
Generation Building
Combustion Turbine Building
Water Treatment Building
Pump Building
Also included in the scope of work for this project were extensive excavation and foundation installation.
With safety and efficiency in mind, Marriott Construction Ltd had our wholly owned subsidiary, CDMG, design an adjustable spreader beam to lift and set the bridge tress that was assembled on the ground. Marriott Construction Ltd takes pride in being able to utilize the various talents within our family of companies. Due to this ability, we were able to complete this part of the project in a timely and safe manner.

Using various acids for the finishing steel, ATI needed to install a waste acid neutralizing facility. Marriott Construction Ltd performed all of the civil, steel erection and equipment setting.
